“These patches are so good. Ive been using them for about 5 years.I put them in the parts where I feel hot spots on my feet and haven't had a blister since. I'm just about to get some new boots and these patches will go in before I I hike in them. Thanks Rebecca for an awesome product”

“These patches have been amazing! This is my second pack. I wear holes at the heels of my trainers really quickly - due to a heel spur. Getting these in new trainers as soon as I buy them prevents that. I use orthodics, and take them in and out of my shoes multiple times a week, and the patches stay put!!”

“Really useful and hoping it will help in a big run I have planned for February...this is a photo of the blister I discovered after 48 km on the sandy bibblemun track in November...didn't even feel it happening but the back of the shoe had worn through to the leather and so had my foot...nothing to show since this one thanks to engo...and I am running 70 plus kms per week in training”

“I bought this pack for a particular hiking trip and they were great. Have since used on multiple shoes and as long as I follow the instruction for fitting they stick well and last a long time. Never have blister problems where they are installed.”
