“I had two pairs of shoes that gave me huge blisters on the back of my heels. One was a pair of high heels, and the other was a pair of short leather boots. I put ENGO patches in both pairs and I haven't had a problem since. I did a lot of research before purchasing these patches, and I am incredibly impressed with their performance.”

“Even after relatively short walks, I've had blisters on my heels. This is due to Haglund's deformity in which the protruding heel bones of my feet rub against the back of my shoes. This friction causes blisters and also causes rapid wear of my shoes. I have successfully been using heel sleeves to prevent the blisters. However, it is a hassle to put the sleeves on. I saw a video with Rebecca Rushton on the use of Engo blister patches on the blister-prevention.com website and ordered a set of patches. After receiving them I applied them to my walking shoes and started walking. The patches worked like a dream! No more pain and no more blisters. I've ordered two more sets of patches as a spare and for my other shoes.”

“So glad a friend recommended these. My feet swelled in hot weather, causing nasty heel blisters while on the golf course. Putting the plasters inside the heels of both my dress & sports shoes now prevent those nasty & painful blisters.”

“Now that I've been using the ENGO Blister Patches for 2 months, I'm able to make a fair assessment of their utility. In a nutshell, I've experienced shearing causing blisters on the ball and sole of my right foot for the past 4-5 years of seasonal outdoor running, regardless of which brand of running shoe I've worn. Since I began using these patches 2 months ago, I've been blister free. I was skeptical at first, but now am a true believer. I highly recommend these simple, but extremely effective patches.”

“Bought to cover a rub hole at the back of the each heel. The heel patches are a bit big when fitting without having to pull off and adjust. So, lose a little of their stickiness at the edge. Next time I’d try the large oval patch instead, so I can fit in my fingers when fitting them.”
