“I don't use ENGO blister packs for blister prevention because I don't suffer from blisters, but I do use them to protect the inside of the shoe heel from damage caused by my slight heel spurs. In this function, they perform very well and last over an extended period preventing degradation of the shoe. I feel confident they would also work well to protect my heels should that ever become an issue for me.”

“Magic. The bones at the back of my feet protrude more than they should and so I get bad blisters with almost every pair of shoes. Blisters are caused by the friction of relative movement between my heel and shoe so I've spent my life trying to get shoes that minimise that movement. WRONG! The answer is not to minimise the movement, but to minimise the friction that results. And ENGO does it. Years and years of blisters and suddenly, problem fixed. A revelation.”
