“It’s early days but so far so good. The slippery surface on the blister patches helps with putting the shoes on and off. A bit of a work of art putting them into my shoes!!”

“What a life saver these patches were. Two weeks out from the event and in the middle of a training session, the back of my shoe saw a hole take place... this gave me my first blister. As I had no time to wear in a new pair of shoes, the patches did the job beautifully. When placing the patch in position, I then noticed another hole forming on the other shoe. What a Life Saver! The event went extremely well, with no hint of any irritation from the back of my shoes. Very, Very grateful.”

“I used these for a while and had pretty good success but recently they don't seem as durable. I've noticed they've started losing their adhesiveness earlier and even started tearing.”

“I have been wearing out the rear of my runners from heel rub for sometime. Tried these engo heel packs and they have certainly extended the life of my runners, road and trail shoes. Make sure they are clean and firmly press the edges down. I'd recommend wearing them for a while before running so they stick securely. Highly recommended.”
