“I've purchased engo several times and they have changed my life! I have been using engo for several years. I used to use bandaids on my heels to prevent blisters, but these are so much better (no bandaids required) I have engo in my running shoes, trail running shoes, and the larger version in my hiking boots and a few in some of my casual/work shoes. The heel of my shoes no longer gets eroded away by my heel rubbing on it, so my shoes also last longer. I recommend applying to clean (new shoes) and applying a hairdryer for a short time to help them stick. I've been very happy with how long they last for the price”

“Bought these for soccer and found it a little difficult to put them into my cleats, but overall they work. The blisters that would normally show up didn't.”

“These are a must have purchase to protect the investment in your shoes. Without these my heels will wear through the back of most of my shoes in a manner weeks. I have gotten 4 years out of one pair of sneakers with a single heel patch. Brilliant.”
