It was not a huge problem for her, but I was rather disappointed to find out she had not received what I'd ordered.”

“The bouquet was lovely but when it arrived it was bone dry as only a wet cloth was used to keep it moist during delivery. The water had all gone by the time it was delivered, which may impact the lifespan of these flowers.”
“The bouquet was beautiful - the recipient sent us a photo of it. But, it did not look like the bouquet in the photo. It has more 'green filler' than flowers.
But, the recipient loved it!”
