“The best tasting sugar free sweetener. There is no after taste in baking. I tried many other famous sugar free sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, erythritol ) all tasted bad to me except kabocha extract. I'm not on keto but I bake with it and I use it with Jovial organic einkorn All-Purpose Flour to make healthier cakes.”
“I am trying to follow a low carb diet and my body does NOT like all the sugar alcohols that are in most “sugar free” products! This is my happy solution! It’s expensive so I only use it for when I really have a sweet tooth. I find that I can almost substitute 1 for 1 in recipes. The powdered version is good but it clumps so you have to sift it.”
“Seems different than my previous orders. Granules and flavors are different when compared side by side. I also need to add more to my coffee than before for the same level of sweetness. Did you change your formulation or production process? I’m glad it’s back on Amazon, but I might be on the hunt again. I did feel like I was getting my money’s worth, even at such a high price. Not sure now.”
“I bought this brand because thats what Steve from serious keto uses definitely better on the cooling more expensive than swerve but if your not going to bake it in or cook then this is better for sure will buy again especially around holidays when need frosting or cookie icing since the cooling and aftertaste is almost none”
“I love this sweetener. It has a lighter sweetness (maybe a tiny hint of fruitiness), but works great at a 1 to 1 replacement for regular sugar. There's no 'cooling effect' like erythitol, bitterness, or funky flavor like some other sweeteners. I like that it's nothing but pentose from kabocha melon (no erythitol, sucralose, allulose, etc). It is kinda pricey, so I usually do a mix of sweeteners when baking.”
