“This is the best sugar substitute I've found thus far. It is so good that I actually had to taste sugar and Bochasweet side-by-side to identify the difference. Yes, when doing a side-by-side taste test of each product, I could tell which was which, but the difference is VERY subtle. I had to do two taste tests to find the difference, but again its small.For those in search of a sugar substitute that actually tastes like sugar, don't bother with Stevia, Truvia, or Purecane. Stevia and Truvia are disgusting and they both have a horrible aftertaste. Purecane is... meh, with a mild aftertaste. Meanwhile, Bochasweet is dangerously close to sugar.Take it from me; I'm a sugar snob.”
“Tastes and acts like sugar. I don’t notice any bitter aftertaste. I’ve used it to make simple syrup, cookies and treats. I don’t recommend for candy making but that may have the candy maker. But overall since I use so little sweetener I’m willing to pay the high price because a bag lasts months. I recommend this product.”

“This sweetener is AMAZING as is their granulated sweetener! It is everything they say it is. It literally tastes and behaves just like cane sugar without any of the negative health impact. If you are diabetic, or Keto, or you just want a healthy alternative to cane sugar, BochaSweet is the answer. The only downside is the cost. But this is the only company I have found that is making this sweetener and they are a relatively small company. So the price is understandable. I actually almost wanted to not review this because I don't want the demand to exceed the supply. So be considerate and order what you need and wait until they can increase their capacity to stock up. But it really is the best alternative to sugar out there. Shhhh.”
“Having tried multiple sugar alternatives I can say that this is pretty good. It has no weird taste or cooling effect no bitterness or unusual tongue sensations (had this with monk fruit). I only used it so far in my latte - gives enough sweetness but it’s def not very potent. If you are low carb ur probably not looking for the same level of sweetness as sugar anyways. You do have to use close to a tablespoon for a 7oz beverage. The cost is high for the potency so one star off”
“It is one of the best sweetener's that won't elevate blood sugar and in Dr. Gundry's plant paradox we use sweeteners' like this one. However, it has a tendency to have some clumps. It is also expensive. We do use it and make sure to sift out the clumps.”
