“So far I've only used 1 starter package. It seems that with coconut milk the result is "weak" = it doesn't get very sour. This morning I used the starter for the 4th time and after this batch I am going to use another starter package. When I opened the glass container with the rest of the kefir I vaguely noticed a "blue cheese" smell...Si I will not be able to use this package for 7 times. My question: we are supposed to keep the starters in the freezer. When do I take the starter out of the freezer to make a new batch? I've asked that question not so long ago but so far didn't get an answer. Thank you. I trust over time this product will help my gut...”
