The culture starter fermentation process went just as your instructions said. I used low fat acidophilus milk. Does the culture starter also work with almond milk?

Makes great veggies. I use it with cabbage, peppers, and carrot's most often, but have had success with other variations as well. Highly recommended as a great way to ferment your own foods.
