“great to use in baked goods.. but since on the diet i try to stay away from any flours so i add lakanto to coconut milk when i make ice creams, with stevia too.. sometimes i grind it up with some coconut flakes and some sprouted pecans with some sea salt for a crispy topping. mix in with cocao and coconut oil for some chocolate..”
“Product tastes great. We are still experimenting with baking. Wish the product came with suggestions as to how to use - especially given the price I pay for it. At times the crystals don't dissolve and the food leaves a "cold" feeling in mouth. Agree with another reviewer that a finer grain is needed.”
