“I just realized that I ordered the classic but received the golden. Don't know i that makes a difference in the texture but I find the Golden to be larger granules than I expected. While it baked up fine in some waffles I made, it was too grainy in some coconut oil fat bombs I made. I plan to put it in a coffee grinder before using the next time. Would be nice if you offered a confectioner's "sugar" consistency for inclusion in meringues. Overall, this is a great product that did not produce the typical gas, bloating or laxative effects of other natural sweeteners (sugar alcohols, maltilol, chicory root fiber, etc.) yet sweetened just like sugar.”
