The best sweetner for baking and ice-cream. Wonderful to have these foods occasionally guilt free and I don't crave sugar anymore. Freedom!

The product tastes great but without knowing exactly how much erythritol is there in this, I have no idea what I am eating. A company like BodyEcology needs to be more transparent about the ingredients in their products.

Same consistency as sugar but not as sweet tasting. There is also no aftertaste and worked really well as a sugar replacement for baking.

I made a great tart apple crisp with this zero glycemic Lakanto sweetener that measure just like sugar! Now that I'm in remission I still have to watch my glycenic index so I don't relapse. This is a product that makes eating fun food safe for me again and even better yet it tastes like the real thing!

I am now in remission, but still have to be careful so I don't have a relapse. But now I can enjoy more adventuresome foods like zero glycemic desserts w/ this Lankanto Sweetner. it does measure like sugar! Recipe: Tart Apple Crisp Topping: 1/4-1/2 c. Lankanto in lieu of sugar to taste 2 T. arrow root in lieu of white flour 1/2 t. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. BOB's RED MILLS ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS pinch of salt 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4-1/3 c chopped walnuts Filling: 6-8 med. tart apples (Pink lady apples are both a little sweet and tart.) 1/4-1/2 c. Lankanto in lieu of sugar 1/2 t. cinnamion and 1/2 t. nutmeg 1/4 -1/2 c. unsweetened organic coconut flakes in lieu of raisins and 1/4-1/3 c. chopped walnuts Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Make topping in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients first then add melted butter & mix together. It should have a a crumbly texture. Filling: Core apples and slice in 1/8th's pieces. (I leave the skin on apples.) Soak apples in 2 c. water & 2-3 T of lemon juice while you make topping. Drain apples. Put apples in rectangular pan with spices, flaked unsweetened coconut, and chopped walnuts if desired. Then add crumbly topping on top. Bake @ 350 for 30-45 min. Cool. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!

My wife loves this stuff in her tea, and I now have a sweet morning protein smoothie again. It goes great with everything we've tried it with.
