“I cannot eat stevia because it badly upsets my stomach. Xylitol and erythritol are also a bit irritating on me. So I was a bit disappointed that this sweetener has erythritol in it, but it is a good alternative if you need a zero glycemic sweetener. It tastes great and seemed to last a long time. Seems to be sweeter than just plain erythritol.”
