“I am a 60-something woman with a groin injury, which has come and gone in various grades of intensity over the past 8 years. 8 months ago I became a first-time grandmother, and with all the strain of lifting an increasingly heavy grandchild, the pain in my groin has worsened. My Neo G Groin Support arrived in the mail a few days ago and it, along with exercises recommended by my physio, has made a HUGE difference to my ability to lift my granddaughter, without pain. It's fantastic. I feel really well supported, and it's super comfortable. I no longer feel I am straining my groin, and I am walking and going about doing usual activities normally. An absolute game-changer!”

What was the product used for? Adductor tendinopathy

“This body part is very difficult to get good compression for. The product works very well and being adjustable is ideal for injury rehab and makes getting on and off easy.”

What was the product used for? Torn gluteal tendon

“This groin support has been "The Star of the Show" for me whilst I am awaiting surgery on a torn Gluteal Tendon. It was diagnosed almost 12 months ago and surgery is due in December.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. This is the first time that we received feedback like this. Most of the time our customers don't have any problems using the support either left or right leg. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways.
