“This is excellent and has provided pain relief for my subluxing sacroiliac joint. I wear it over my clothes (which is more comfortable if you are not skinny) and find it comfortable”

“To be honest when I first looked at it & then tried it on I thought it didn't feel like I was really wearing any support & it didn't feel like it was sturdy enough to do anything. Well now, having used it to train for the last 10 days, it still feels like you're not wearing anything but the stability it provides is amazing. To the point that I do not have to wear a weight lifting belt to do heavy T-bar rows and my back feels stable during even the heaviest of unsupported shoulder work. Would recommend it to anybody who lifts either for training or as part of their job description.”

“I'm really happy with this strap. For my work I stand for long periods of time and the belt takes the pain out of my hips. It also encourages me to keep a correct posture.”
