“Having being told for years to avoid belts for lower back pain so as not to further weaken core muscles, this was a great find, Fantastic support around S1 whilst at the same time leaving the bulk of my core muscles unsupported and having to work. I play Lawn bowls this belt has improved my lot by 50 % best 60 bucks I have spent in years. I paid more than that today with lunch out with the wife.”
