“What an absolute waste of $50.- One total rubbish. After the 3rd use it had a tear on top which I managed to glue and tape up , and after the next use it had a bigger tear at an other place on top. All I tried to use it for, is to cover an open wound with a tape on my leg. I give it a MINUS 10 stars. Martin”

“I have purchased your product over the last year and a half. I have tried similar products that have leaked and are basic rubbish. Your product does not leak and is 100% watertight if put on correctly. I would recommend your product. 5 Stars of value.”

“The swimming cover is excellent. Unfortunately, it has a short lifespan ( it started to deteriorate at the 3-month mark and leaked) I am swimming twice a week so it got a good workout! On the positive side, most injuries heal within that time anyway. A huge thank you for producing a really useful product. I'm sure you have saved the sanity of many swimmers!”

“Hi Team at Body Heal I bought this product to cover bandage on my leg while I'm having a shower & I've got to say WOW what a brilliant product it sure dose keep the water out, The lower part of my leg was bone dry even in the pool @ the gym. Fantastic highly recommended.”

Hello Marian, We're sorry for the experience you've had. That's definitely not what the cast cover was designed to do. I just want to make sure the covers are being put on correctly, it's a little bit confusing through the written text that comes with the packaging. Below is a video that shows you how to put on the leg cast cover, the method is the same. You need to dip the leg first into the water. When there is air trapped inside that's when a gap can occur and allow water in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyHmbqJRNl8 Please let me know if you have followed these instructions? If you still wish to return the product, we have a 30 day returns policy that allows you to try on our products to judge fit.
