“The Boho Beautiful guided meditation is now part of my daily routine to invoke peace, calm and all things good in my life. The tone of voice is really important to a guided meditation and they've got it just right. I've listen to a lot of other guided mediations and switched off after 30 seconds as they sound more like a film review advert than something that stills the mind. I've followed Boho for a number years now and love their ethos and energy, they are a light in the world.”

“Yoga is also one of the best healing process. It helps me for healing my back injury. “A big thank you and namaste in the sense of everything it envelops.
