“I'm 65, healed from cancer and work inside a maximum security jail. I have been with boho beautiful for several years. I use your meditations to keep me grounded and happy and share with the inmates how meditation can serve them. I'm getting more flexible and enjoy your yoga classes, especially since you and Mark always have positive talking to keep me going when I feel like stopping and make sure I don't hurt myself. “Thank you for your beautiful meditations. I always practise one daily. I like the fact you have different amounts of time for them too. You both have such calming voices and I love the music too. I especially like the ones with the sound of the ocean. I would love however for you to do a few where you continue guiding throughout the whole meditation as I stay more focused when I am listening to you. I have been a member for over 3 years now and so grateful to have found you. I am truly blessed to be part of your community. Namaste and have a wonderful 2025. Debi Moyes”
