“Like with all their programs, this one did not disappoint. The classes are well structured, modifications are given throughout and as always the combination of Juliana's grace and positive vibes with the content and the challenging exercises, the scenery and the background sounds is just a work of art and a winning combo. Love & Light! Love you guys :)”

“The yoga workouts are tough, the Pilates liteau kick my butt and the yin yoga teaches me just to be present with my breath and learn to listen to my body - that has been the toughest part for me. Thank you for creating such an amazing program!”

“As for me it is a really complete program to follow. I have been practising yoga with you for over 3 years now, feeling my personal development and coming back to shape after the first pregnancy - finally. I have also purchased the prenatal program though my second pregnancy didn't go well - miscarriage. Now, after 2 weeks, I am able to do partly the complete but even now I feel much better...and also cleaning my mind is helpful indeed. Doing the complete I can restore the connection between my body and soul and I feel thoroughly working out.”
