“As for me it is a really complete program to follow. I have been practising yoga with you for over 3 years now, feeling my personal development and coming back to shape after the first pregnancy - finally. I have also purchased the prenatal program though my second pregnancy didn't go well - miscarriage. Now, after 2 weeks, I am able to do partly the complete but even now I feel much better...and also cleaning my mind is helpful indeed. Doing the complete I can restore the connection between my body and soul and I feel thoroughly working out.”
