“I have been practicing yoga with Boho Beautiful since the pandemic started. I was following their YouTube channel. It helped me deal with stress and keep my fibromyalgia affected body moving after teaching all day in a bubble of 17 grade five students wearing masks and visors and trying to keep everyone safe. Julia’s voice is so calming and her instructions are easy to follow. I can practice without looking at the screen by just listening to her soothing voice. Now that I’m on vacation, I decided to invest in the Boho Beautiful Complete program. I love it. I love that there are no advertisements interrupting my flow. I love that each session is longer than on YouTube. I love the 21 day mix between yoga, Pilates, and yin yoga. These videos are more challenging than the YouTube videos and I find my body and mind changing faster with the challenges the variety gives. I particularly love the yin yoga practices as the deep muscle release I get is exactly what a person with fibromyalgia needs to manage the condition. This program was a great investment plus I get to use it over and over for about the same price I’d pay for a term of yoga classes.”
