“Excellent quality videos. The background scenery is beautiful and calming. Juliana is a great instructor, easy to follow along with. I love the mix of Pilates, Yoga and Core work. “I have completed one Yin video of the Boho Beautiful Complete Program and had the best night's sleep in a very long time. I won't say it was easy (at age 71) but it was beneficial in ways other than a much-needed good night's sleep. I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to increase strength and stamina as well as for those wanting to regain decreased muscle mass or achieve optimum health benefits.”
