“I absolutely love it! It’s perfect for that quarantine time! I am very beginner with yoga and pilates. It is not easy but I can already see, after 12 days out of 21, one video per day, that I already improved. Juliana is very inspiring. Her voice is so relaxing. The landscapes, the music choices, everything makes every videos feel good! FOR SURE i will keep these videos in my everyday schedule when the quarantine is going to be over. Thank you sooo much! You guys are great!”

“Dear Julianna and Mark Your programmes are amazing . I am in the older age bracket (50 plus) and do your meditation each morning. I have done for about 3 years now and the Pilates and yoga ( some of it is a bit tough for me - but that’s ok) My 17 year old son does the Pilates courses and has done for a couple of years now. You do an amazing job . Would love to see a few more meditations. Thanks and kindest regards Amanda”

“I have done a lot of different fitness modalities throughout my life. After coming off a wrist injury, I wanted something to come back to that would be gentle yet effective (I love that I can modify any exercise). I completed a 14 day and a 21 day challenge free on You Tube, and my body completely leaned out and toned up. Currently under quarantine due to Covid-19, there was no better time to purchase the Complete program. Juliana definitely kicks up the workouts a notch , as the videos are a little longer. While I continue to enjoy the physical results from her workouts, the mental well being aspect, especially during this challenging time, is an added bonus that makes this purchase well worth the money. I absolutely LOVE this program, my results have been amazing (Summer body ready!) and I highly recommend!! Thank you Juliana and Mark - you truly exude love and light!”
