“I am beyond loving it. I use YouTube but wanted a fuller experience. This is it. WFH, I am excited for my daily lunchtime fix . I run every other day and I am doing the 30 day challenge on the next. I have struggled on smart TV tbh but use my iPad. Brilliant”

“I buy the programs because I need an organized schedule to follow. It is a perfectly organized variety of workouts that gives your body a challenge with yoga and Pilates as well as a nice Yin class to stretch and move oxygen through those sore, tight muscles. If I were to just pick and choose classes myself, I would probably overdo it and not give my body the variety of benefits it needs so the programs are a wonderful option to keep me disciplined and have a clear idea of what I’m working on daily. I compliment my morning classes with one of Juliana ´s 15 minute meditations. What a great way to start or end the day! I couldn’t be happier with the programs I’ve purchased. I have become one of your most loyal fans.”

“Dear friends, I wanted to get in touch with you long ago because I am so happy with the program I purchased. I am still working in a gardencenter and at the moment it is very tiring on some days, you know. i chosen the three weeks plan and today i am at day 10.
