“Thank you so much for creating this program! Absolutely love the Yin yoga practice - I had no idea that the particular asanas could release any hidden emotions... I am looking forward to exploring Yin yoga some more after I finish the Complete program. The yoga workouts are much more fun than I thought initially - even though they truly get challenging at times, as well as the pilates classes! But I truly enjoy it and feel better every day. Also, I find it incredibly helpful to have the eBook with all the explanations and insights that I can return to whenever needed (plus the way it is assembled is really nice - the carefully chosen color palette and photos), and I appreciate the introduction videos loaded with information. “Excellent program ! The videos are inspiring and Juliana is a real heart healer. Her voice is so calming and her explanations are cristal clear. The fact that classes are shoot in the most beautiful places clearly brings an extra amount of energy to the practice and makes me want to travel.
