“Absolutely love this program! The yin yoga classes have wonderful flows along with Juliana's beautiful words. Pilates classes are extremely challenging and i can feel my sore muscles the next day but it has helped me build a strong core and body. Great job guys! Keep making more such programs. Lots of love!”
