“I like the lenght of the videos and the level of the practices. I would have loved more yin yoga postures, so I can have that knowledge and apply them in other personal practices. But the timing of each posture is 4 minutes, which I think can be reduced to 3 or 2, giving the opportunity to share more postures. My favorite videos are the yoga ones, thumbs up for them! Keep the great work guys :)”

“I actually only aimed to buy the pilates class. But considering the whole package is not so pricy and there was a discount during Black Friday, I got the complete package, which turns out to be a great choice! I wasn't really interested into the "Yin Yoga" thing before I did it. But I felt terrific after an-hour stretching and I could literally feel my flexibility getting better with each exercise. The pilates classes are great, however very challenging, so I am so glad that I got the yoga workout as well as Yin yoga classes to give me a break.”
