“More than I expected.! Since I saw Juliana’s yoga videos on internet my life has changed in direction that I have never dreamed of. There are so many yoga videos on internet, but boho beautiful program is the program I prefer to follow, the one I really like and enjoy. After two mounts practicing I got amazing results. Thank you so much”

“Great program! It allowed me to turn a week-long vacation into a full yoga + Pilates retreat, perfect to reset. The only thinkg it's missing is a specific set of stretches at the end of the workouts to reduce sore muscles: maybe in the next program?”

“I have followed many boho beautiful video's on youtube. Now I am backpacking through asia I wanted to push myself a little more. The program is ideal for travellers because you can do it anywhere and anytime. I have a tight budget but this was money definitely well spend. I use the program every day (first starting with the suggested routine but now using what I feel my body needs). It is great to alter between the thougher pilates classes to the relaxing yin yoga classes depending on how you feel that day. I would 100% recommend.”

“Highly recommend! I am honestly extremely happy with the Complete Program. First of all, it includes 3 types of workout classes, Pilates, Yoga workout and Yin yoga. It is well organised and comes with suggestions of challenges such as a 14 or a 21 days challenge mix and matching the different workouts or I can simply run a series of one specific workout to suit my needs. Secondly the “complete program” is clear and easy to use, consistent, motivating, beautiful to watch and listen to and truly made with love and focus. Downloading this program was the best choice I’ve made, besides contributing to animal charity by purchasing it, it fits well with my busy working mum lifestyle and I feel my life has now order and I am so satisfied with my body and life since the videos themselves give me motivation and I finally workout my body whenever I can, which is nearly everyday now since I play a download whenever and wherever I want. A no brainer really. A beautiful challenging piece of “workart”.”
