Love the Complete Program! It’s balanced, thorough and effective. The videos are professional and have an excellent vibe, making it easy to stick to the program. The 45 to 60 minutes go by quickly, and the mental and physical results are worth every moment. Will definitely purchase the other programs in the future. ❤️

Love love love this program. I am just about to finish the day 14 schedule (maybe done in 15 days lol)- I have noticed such a difference in strength and flexibilty!. I even have a friend doing it with me every morning as our wake up ritual. Im such a pilates fun and these are challenging and you can feel the difference. Yin is great- especially the class with no downward dogs as i despise them!. So happy i invested as i have been following your youtube classes for a while and this really was a step up!. -Amy

I love the complete program. It allows me to pick and choose my workouts on a daily basis as well as provides for me a guided work out. My focus now is to strengthen my core therefore I have been using the Pilates program mixed with yoga and yin yang yoga.

It is day 16th of my program and I absolutely love it. Even though my muscles get sore, I am stronger every day. Juliana is graceful and her instructions are clear. The only instruction that I find missing sometimes is whether the feed should be together or apart. 90% of time she is filmed from the side and I simply don't know and without an instruction, I simply don't see the way she stands. When it comes to yoga, it is not a problem, I have been practicing for quite some time, but in terms of Pilates - I am new and "feet instructions" would be very helpful :) Besides that - the program is fantastic!

INTRO: I’m writing a review as someone who followed the 14-day plan, read the guidebook, and ate clean the whole time (save for two moments of a weakness for dessert). This is also from the perspective of someone who has done lots of types of regular workouts, (ballet, hiit, running, gym equipment, etc.). That being said, I have now found what I choose to be the core to my own personal fitness program: Boho Beautiful. I am in love with it. It is so comprehensive. THE DEPTH: This is not just a workout program. It is a wellness program. I never expected exercising/stretching to become quite so meaningful to me, I can’t quite put my finger on why the program is so exceptional in this way, but the shift in perspective has significantly increased my motivation to workout. Though I had an idea, after doing this, I better understand how physical exercise is also a spiritual (referring to the mind) practice [and NOT in the ‘phony’ ways you may hear about]. Something about it is REAL. The mind and body are connected and effect each other big time. RESULTS: I really didn’t think I’d have anything to share in the first two weeks, but somehow I do. About a year and half ago, I got a minor back injury that didn’t allow me to bend back very far without a sharp pain. Guys. In two weeks the sharpness of that pain has significantly decreased! Word to the wise: really try to embrace everything Juliana has to say (esp. about positivity). Also, yesterday when I started bending down and such to pick up my room, I couldn’t help but think, “Well this is taking way less effort than I am used to giving.” This program is going to make everyday physical work effortless. I cannot wait to see how graceful I feel in a year from now. SUGGESTIONS: Strength, stamina, flexibility. It covers all of them, but goes deepest into flexibility. So in my opinion the perfect fitness routine would include: Boho Beautiful, Running (for a bit more emphasis on endurance), and occasional heavier lifting (for a bit more emphasis on strength). [ex: I did a run before each yin class to get my muscles warmed up for optimum results.] Oh, and you can’t ignore that something like 80% of what you look (and I suspect ‘feel') like is a reflection of your eating habits! You’ll have night and day difference in results. [Not sure where to start if being vegan doesn't seem suitable for you?: The ketogenic diet is actually modernly showing the most amazing results of any diet—look up “The Magic Pill” documentary on Netflix] FINAL WORDS: This really can take you on a journey, if you let it. I used the spiritual aspect of this to further my relationship with my own God, that of the Bible. And the last two days I felt more positivity, real happiness, and peace than I have, maybe since I was a child. I hold this gift dear, like a precious gem. One of the most genuine 'thank you’s of my life goes out to these two. 'Love and light' to you, Juliana and Mark.
