“I have to say that I never write reviews, but I love these workouts and had to share. I started with Boho Beautiful’s YouTube videos, and quickly began to see results. I decided to purchase Boho Beautiful Complete, and I have not been disappointed. I truly enjoy working out now, and my strength and flexibility are continuing to improve. These videos are well-done and challenging (not to mention how beautiful the locations are and how much I am inspired to travel more!). I also love the detailed program guide with multiple options. “I am retired and have practiced yoga for 20 years, or so, primarily for fitness. Given time constraints, I scoffed at the more spiritual aspects of yoga. Recently, my regular yoga practice has not been enough to keep the aches and pains at bay, so I decided to give Yin Yoga a serious try. It's nothing short of magic. I found myself sobbing in certain postures--never saw that coming, and always conclude my practice with a strength I didn't know I had. Julia's fitness level is an ideal I know will always be beyond me but that doesn't bother me in the least. In two months of following the yoga/pilates workouts, I have improved so much, and thanks to my more recent focus on Yin Yoga (in addition to the fitness aspect), that improvement is inside and out. Oh, I am an animal lover and appreciate the attention that is brought to the plight of animals everywhere.”

“I'm 55 years old, I'm from the Netherlands. I bought this program 3 weeks ago to increase my flexibility. I'm doing the exercises with Juliana almost every day and I can already see and feel incredible changes. My body is getting stronger and slimmer, my mood is positive, I smile much more than before.
