“Love this program. Juliana is a great teacher, she is extremely challenging and gets to the point. Will probably be buying the Transform program as well. Boho Beautiful youtube videos got me in great shape when I was on maternity leave with my first born and now I am on maternity leave with my second and have complete confidence that these programs will get me back into shape again!”

“The instruction, music, scenery, camera angles, presentation, aesthetics...ahhh! Gorgeous. My request is that a copy of each video be included, either without music or with very quiet music, and only with the most limited prompts to indicate each posture. While I find all the instruction to be helpful for the first times I'm using each video, at some point I want to use a video with mostly silence so I can have a more meditative state of mind, more of the time during the practice.”

“I have been practicing with the Boho Beautiful YouTube videos on and off for the past few years; I loved them (Still do), but I usually had to complete 2-3 videos to feel like I was getting a good flow. I finally decided to splurge on the Boho Beautiful Complete Program a few weeks ago...and it does not disappoint. The 45min-1hour time frames make all the difference. I still use the YouTube videos if I am squeezed for time in the morning; but I always end my day with a longer video from the Complete Program. I have recently started completing 2 videos from the Complete Program a day. Being able to push my body further with this program has made me stronger mentally and physically. This program just makes you crave time on your mat. I have had amazing results in terms of toning and increased calm/grounding through my day. I recommend Juliana and Mark/Boho Beautiful to anyone wanting to take their practice to the next level; or anyone who is just starting out, I promise there is something here for everyone.”
