“Hello Mark and Juliana! I purchased your first program very soon after you released it. I was really waiting for it ! I really loved it, even if taking one hour a day is not easy. I really loved the fact that every day was focused around a central idea. At this day, the mantras of the meditations are still with me in my everyday life. “So easy to download and the booklet gives you so much advice! Im still on the first week and the yin yoga is so intense i felt so light after doing that and feel like i have more energy.
