“Dear Juliana and Mark, I am really grateful for the program! I've been following your channel for a couple of years now, and enjoy your classes. It is absolutely amazing that in 15 or even 5 minutes you can feel much better. I just love your five minutes miracle class for the back and a morning yoga class, and many others. When you released your yin yoga class I fell in love with it and dreamt to see some more. And here you are with such a great present for the New Year! Due to some health issues I thought that I could not excercise more than 25-30 minutes. But I did it :) and feel amazing. I completed just a half of the Program, in particular the whole yin yoga series and two classes from yoga classes. I was so curious of what is it in each of the series)) Once I finish all of them, I will start anew following the 14 day plan) As I am following you for some time, I feel that you are so involved in what you are doing, in what you believe, and you are going even deeper. You show the beauty both of the nature and human body, and balance and harmony, and help to strengthen the body and mind. “I bought the package because I felt that I had found the best workouts for me but I have not tried anything yet because I can't figure out how to watch them on my TV. I think you put your best into everything you do and I am very inspired by your work. I just discovered you last week on you tube so I've been doing the back pain video and a few other short ones. Every video you have out there is good and very thorough. The five and ten minute videos are just perfect for me and I feel like I've had a great workout. I really feel like exercising because they are so beautiful in HD. Thank you so much.”
