“I have been working with yoga Workout part only, not get time to go into Yogalates and Ying Yoga Yet. What I felt it very strong and hard work and I would love for example have had yin yoga for upper body to do it next the 3rd video of upper yogaworkout training. What I did is use yoga day 7 of Boho in 10 days for example or that beautiful Patreon routine you posted last month for upper body strech... I love your work. And I have an other videos to compleate relaxing. Thank you for continue creating and creating new and new videos foe us”
