“I really enjoyed yoga Retreat — the program is beautifully structured. I especially appreciated the guidebook and the evening reflection prompts, which added a deeper dimension to the experience. The classes themselves were excellent, and thanks to Juliana’s gentle and clear guidance, I was able to do things I didn’t think I was capable of.
