“I really enjoyed yoga Retreat — the program is beautifully structured. I especially appreciated the guidebook and the evening reflection prompts, which added a deeper dimension to the experience. The classes themselves were excellent, and thanks to Juliana’s gentle and clear guidance, I was able to do things I didn’t think I was capable of. This course truly helped me reconnect with a sense of calm within myself. Highly recommended!”

“Juliana and Mark have been pivotal in my healing, strengthening and most of all, my awakening process. I have the Ascension, Transform and Retreat packages. I love them all and have come back to do them again and again often times interchanging as I trust my inner guidance. I have put my heart first, love first, and everything is falling into place. I am much stronger in my body, mind and spirit, and it is certainly fun to see the definiton I have aquired during this process. I am 48 years old and I look the best I ever have.
