“What a great start to the new year! And my 63rd birthday.(jan 5). I looked forward to it morning and evening. I turned off the lights and turned on my water fountain, then sprayed some essential oil on my mat. It was like I was there with you without the hassle or expense. I did what I could along with you and felt good about it. Learned some new things and enjoyed the journaling. Hopefully will carry some new habits into the new year. Great job. Thankyou so very much.”

“Once again you have done an amazing job with your program. Since I am a bit on the older side, I like that you mention during the class to work with in your own practice, that we are where we need to be. That helps me continue though some of the poses and moves that may be difficult. I used to push too hard and would risk injury. Thank you again for the time you put into your work. Alison”

“Before I purchased this program, I was torn between two, and was having a hard time making my mind up. After I reviewed the content that was offered and weighed my options, I decided that Retreat was what my body needed. Through this program I am learning to let go, really give myself more attention, and change my perspective all while expanding my practice. I love the elongated holds of each of the postures. “I did not try it yet. However I tried the boho complete program and have been following Juliana and Mark for 2 years now. I started by enjoying the YouTube videos available for everyone that wants to begin a beautiful journey. Boho changed my way to take care of my body and mind! I only exercice at home or just like Juliana in the nature and its amazing! Thank you for creating this contents, for the quality of videos, and above all for GOOD you convey. There is a price to it but its more than worth it! Sending you my way back love and light:)”
