“This program is not only about yoga but also about the inner self. I got to know different types of yoga, more yoga poses, and it actually helped me a lot with my shoulder stiffness. At the beginning, it was difficult for me to remain in challenging postures for a few breaths or minutes and be with just my mind, my breath or my uncomfortable feeling. But I learned to push through that and thereby connect deeper with myself and my body. Thank you for this program, and I really enjoyed it!”

“This was the perfect way to kick off a new year, a new decade, a new self. Though I have been practicing yoga for many years, my husband is brand new to the practice and we managed to both equally enjoy the program side-by-side. I think that speaks volumes for the diversity of programming. I was so happy to share the experience with him and appreciated the introduction to so many styles I'm often speaking of. I loved that this was available at home, as it was a reminder of how we can weave peace and mindfulness into our everyday lives - we don't need to escape our lives! The only aspect I would point out was that the website (FAQ) and intro email indicated the full program would be available on Dec. 31, 2019. We had planned on this day being day one to help us transition from one decade to the next with flow and ease. We were disappointed that the links did not become available until Jan 1. That said, it was a beautiful program that we will do over and over. We have been following your presence since the beginning and can relate on so many level. Thank you for your beautiful instruction, video quality and thoughtful direction. Love and happiness, Kristen and Mike, Nova Scotia”

“It is different from the other programs, but I love it too. I do not always have an hour time in the mornings, thats why I prefer also some 30 minutes or two times 20 minutes. But love all, thanks a lot.”
