“I really like the overall concept with one theme per day, I like being challenged more than through your usual great YouTube workouts. Sometimes I miss being presented with alternative options for some of the more challenging poses. The app is easy to use and I really like the playlist and PDF you provided us with. I love that we are being encouraged to ask ourselves questions and dive deeper into ourselves. However, my main bug bear is that there is not enough quiet time during the postures (especially Yin postures and shavasana) to actually do so. I totally understand that you try to clearly communicate the goal and the means to get there - but I feel for me personally the reconnect talk would have been enough plus short reminders during the poses and not the constant talking. Don’t be afraid of the silence - it’s when great things can come to light and the seed you are planting in us can develop!”

“Even better than I expected. I love boho and every program I’ve ever followed. I especially love all of the yin videos you have created over the years and have pretty much made that my practice so flowing along with you at the retreat has brought great awareness that I need to incorporate other kinds of yoga into my daily life. I’ve been really wanting to attend a yoga retreat but as a stay at home mom it has been hard to even consider it. This retreat is a dream come true.
