“An absolutely beautiful program! But.... for a rather out of shape 58 year old with a knee replacement, it was far too challenging. I did what I could , but had to modify A LOT. ( I would love if you could do a video for older people who have had knee issues and or a knee replacement) The writing exercises were lovely The scenery was lovely! It is apparent how much love and effort went into the retreat . I will keep doing the program with the hope that eventually I can participate a little more fully....I have replaced some of the classes (for now) with some of your shorter beginners/ yin classes. The program seems quite intense for beginners. I appreciate you guys offering it for a reduced cost and I also appreciate all of the videos you have been producing during Covid19 ❤️ From a proud Canadian. I hope I see a “knee” video some take. Thank you!!!!”
