“It was such an awesome dive into yoga and really got me asking questions and reflecting on how i can be better. I loved the breathing exercises you introduced and now use the oujie breath everyday! I found the classes took a very intense turn at the Power yoga, it was awesome yet intimidating. When in crescent lunge for a while and in many other postures, my legs tingle and seize but i guess you have to push through. I would love for you to talk to us on Youtube or in any form of platform (even a podcast!) about the sensations in yoga and whats going on in our channels and our energy whilst we move. It was such a beautiful 7 days. You know what would enhance the experience for everyone if you were to do this again? Send us sms text messages throughout the day (pre-determined for each theme of each day) that remind us to tap into the theme of the day and what we can do to stay present throughout the day so we don't drift off and lose the 'retreat' feel and vibes. Thank you so much Juliana and Mark, i know for a fact i will be supporting you guys till the day i pass!”

“The Retreat Programm fulfilled all my expectations: aiming at better fitness and health conditions. Juliana is a perfect coach. Giving more insights what the different yoga styles are about. My favourite classes 2,4,5. Julianas shorter YouTube classes were a perfect preparation. Sometimes I missed an alternative by showing how to use a yoga block. “Thanks for the nice Programm, some things you maybe can do better in our honest opinion: 1. We are mid level yogis and would have appreciated more explanations of the high technical level poses , so that it’s possible to achieve a higher level. 2. At some points the binds had been to complicated and maybe are not healthy , as we always try to challenge us. We liked especially the ashTanga and vinyasa yoga lessons. We love your videos especially because of the beautiful surroundings and landscapes. They remind us on our journeys , especially in times of a lockdown. My girlfriend is looking up to your level , and is very motivated to improve. Where does your level come from? What’s your “career” in sports ? Thanks for your content.
