“I finished this program on my birthday, as a gift to myself. It's a great experience and I appreciate the reflection and mindfulness cues Juliana has provided. One thing I would appreciate is that during the practices, I wish there could have been more cues on body alignments and modifications, as some of the poses were quite advanced. Another wish I had was to have longer evening sessions, especially for the yin class and the stretch one. Overall, I feel grateful for this journey and I will continue exploring and challenging myself :)”

“It's a really lovely programme that has clearly been designed with a huge amount of love and care. The retreat really resonated with me, I am a busy mum with a young daughter who I am now homeschooling in this current climate as well as juggling all of the usual demands of work etc. I needed to find a way of creating some physical and mental space that was dedicated to just me and this is has really helped provide this. I have found some of the classes a little too challenging and even the adjustments have occasionally not been within my practise. It knocked my confidence a couple of times wondering if this was something I should even be attempting. However I persevered and I am really glad I did. It's a beautiful course and I think if you have been doing yoga for a while then it would all be well within your ability, I am fairly new to it so it was definitely quite demanding at times. The music and layout is really lovely and everything is easy to follow in terms of layout and structure.”

“From the first sight when I've got the access to bb yoga retreat and started to check out the soundtrack, programm and the book, I were already impressed how professional and well prepaired the content was, honestly I didn't expect so deep dive into yoga knowledge itself. I didn't know that the whole internal-self-transformation programm was waiting for me with thoughtfull lessons of different yoga styles, peacefull evening sessions and daily chellanges with journaling exercises. I was able to improve my practice so much further and open new targets for improvements that I was searching for quite long already. Videos are amazing, extremely beautiful and it felt like having a real experience of yoga retreat somewhere in Nicaragua! :) I'm just amazed and inspired by J&M's excecutive attidude and that miracle they both bring to us, I cannot find the words how much I appreciate what you, guys presenting to the world in the time when it is in a such need of awareness and love from all people on the planet. Thank you for your outstanding job and perfect achievents with warm hearted beautiful intention!!!
