“Love it, love it love it. It’s such a good reset for mind body and spirit. What I also love is that whatever mood I am in in the future, I can pick out the relevant class and realign myself. The evening ones are fabulous after a long days work, even when you’re exhausted they are not taxing but gentle and reassuring. Simple beautiful.”
