“My isolation experience has been working from home in my full time job while also full time caring for my 3 year old daughter, so me time has been hard to come by. I completed day 1 and I already feel my body and mind opening and unwinding. I can't wait to continue the journey and see myself enjoying these videos many times over. I have been an occasional user of the YouTube channel but since my gym closed due to covid-19 boho beautiful has taken over as my main source of for yoga, Pilates and fitness. “I have fallen in love with retreat. I’ve always wanted to do a yoga retreat and this brings the experience to your home. It has been so healing and powerful during the COVID-19 quarantine experience. The morning yoga is challenging and get you moving, the evening gets you settling, and the journaling experience is really eye opening and is a great way to get to know yourself. It is 110% worth the purchase.”
