“I have fallen in love with retreat. I’ve always wanted to do a yoga retreat and this brings the experience to your home. It has been so healing and powerful during the COVID-19 quarantine experience. The morning yoga is challenging and get you moving, the evening gets you settling, and the journaling experience is really eye opening and is a great way to get to know yourself. It is 110% worth the purchase.”

“It was an excellent program. I had only done the occasional yoga class before March, and now am doing one of your yoga classes daily. The retreat was perfect because I had a week off, and it gave me a great relaxing structure for a week at home.It was definitely a challenge but I can see the difference already in my flexibility!”
