“I can highly recommend to everyone to go on this journey! I so so so enjoyed it! It’s a perfectly created combination of Yoga classes of all different types (designed to address every level in each class), very beautiful meditations as well as personal challenges and tools to achieve them. Each day treats another topic. Above that I love the soundtrack, the location and the video art of the intros. I learned a lot throughout this week, in my movement, in how to set the right space and also on a soul level. I’m so grateful!”

“I bought complete and transform programs before buying retreat and even if they are all beautiful in different ways this one will make you go deeper into yourself discovering. I had an amazing week doing an 1 h yoga class in the morning, then 30mins in the night. I feel amazing and I know so much more about myself than a week ago. “When I bought this program I was not sure what to expect as I am not advanced with my yoga practice. It ended up being everything I needed during this time at home during this time. There were days when I would be setting up my vision and days where I would shed tears as I let go of things that no longer serve me. I recommend this program for everyone.”

“I have been doing the YouTube classes for a while and really enjoy them, particularly the way Juliana packed so much in to relatively short classes so I was unsure if I’d like the retreat program as much but I thought I’d give it a go. I’m so glad I did, it has really deepened my practice and taught me so much. The program is definitely worth doing. And although you explore a range of different styles throughout the program there is a definite continuity and growth that is very well thought out. I have just started again from the beginning, it’s a great program, highly recommend!”
