“I love the program the parts that are really helpful to me are the mediations I’ve still growing as a practitioner of yoga therefore some of it is still advance for me but it has helped me grow and it encourages me in my practice this has helped me in my line of work and even my co workers have noted I seem happier and in a better place. I like to add even though it’s a little advance I love and care for the product and it was definitely made with care and love and encourage anyone to try it”

“This is a truly wonderful programme. It allowed me to take my yoga practice to the next level and I learned several new poses I never thought I was capable of.
