“This is an amazing set of videos, so well shot, the yoga instruction is stellar - truly great value of money because you can keep them and redo the retreat videos over and over. The morning yoga sessions are challenging, which is fantastic if you want to advance your practice. At the same time, there are variations for those times when you don't feel up to the full expressions of certain pose. Thank you Juliana and Mark for this amazing virtual retreat and all of the sweat and tears that must have gone into producing such INCREDIBLE content : ). Love from Africa x”
