“I love this program! The day just really starts better. Even if it is raining or snowing: Juliana is the first ray of sunshine. Of course I was frustrated every now and then, but I kept saying to myself that Juliana had been practicing yoga for years. The meditation is not mine until now, but I definitely want to continue practicing the exercises myself. Thank you! Now I am a little sad that this personal program is over :(”

“This is such a fantastic programme! It's not for the faint hearted..but you don't get as beautiful, flexible and toned as the lovely Juliana without putting in the work. I love the new format, where the videos are available to stream and download - even though it's a 7 day retreat I haven't had the time every day, but it's fine because you can plan which class you want to do and split the days up. The programme guide and music playlist were also an amazing part of the programme which I found really helpful. It was so worth the money and it's mine to keep forever so I'm looking forward to beginning again from day 1! I got stronger with each class and I've been introduced to poses I've never even tried before. Juliana is my favourite yoga teacher and her energy is so inspiring. She's not afraid to work you hard though and this is definitely not for beginners! If you're thinking about buying the programme, I'd make sure you have done Boho Beautiful yoga videos on YouTube and some yoga workouts - build up your strength and get used to her style of teaching. I'd also say invest in a good quality mat and yoga blocks (and some nice yoga clothes) because it will make the more challenging flows much easier when practicing from home. But there are just so many wonderful things about this programme that I can't recommend it enough - the reconnect sessions, journalling, different styles of yoga and meditation. It's opened me up to a new world of yoga and the hard work and energy of Mark and Julianna has really shined through, creating the most unique and inspiring yoga programme I've ever tried. Thank you so much to the whole Boho team X”
