“This program is more difficult than I imagined but that's a very good thing. You can adjust according to your current ability and get better each time making sure the workout is always effective. After only a week I feel so much better and energized I can safely say this is the best online workout I've tried and plan to use for a long time. Cardio, flexibility, toning, stretching, it has everything, you won't regret buying it.”

“I have finished the first 8 days of Transform and I am already seeing results. I was fit to start so I did not expect such an improvement in definition but now I can’t wait to do the program again! The workouts are fun with different movements than I have seen anywhere else. Juliana is so encouraging and inspiring. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see a change in their body.”

“The Boho Beautiful Transform Program has helped me love getting stronger, fitter, and staying injury free. The challenges are difficult, but the exotic visuals and kind (un-judgmental) tone keep me motivated to stay with it and always try my best. I'm 57, and just moved to a 40-acre farm in Kansas, where I'm rescuing farm animals and growing organic hay and heirloom fruits, vegetables, and medicinal and culinary herbs. I honestly don't have the time or money to join a gym, so this program is something I can do whenever it's convenient, without having to drive 30 miles to and from town.”

“I own the 10 days series and the complete series. I love both of these and I didn’t think it could get better. I then received transform for Christmas and wow! Juliana and Mark you two did an amazing job! This is perfection! I love the short effective workouts and Juliana your words keep me motivated. The music is tropical and at a faster pace than the previous videos which helps keep me moving. Absolutely perfectly beautifully fabulous.! Thanks for your amazing work!”
