“I just completed the Transform program which I diligently followed day after day for the 14 days duration of the program! I feel wonderful (a bit tired though!). You are doing such a great job, the quality of the video, the landscapes, the music and most of all Juliana's teaching, are just amazing! I even tried for a few days to go fully plant based - I'm not 100% there yet - but making progress and definitely seeing and feeling positive results in my body and mind.
